I love Dr Kaatz but his office is run so poorly that I found a new physician. Wait times are horrendous. My time is valuable too.
I have been going to this Dr. office for many years. Kaatz is a very warm, caring and devoted Dr. Beth Sutherland is a talented FNP she cares a great deal about her patience quality of life.
Terrible doctor and staff. Wait times are hours to be seen typically. When he finally does get around to you he rushes talking to you and is typically on his way out within 5 minutes. His nurse receptionist is very rude and uncaring. I would never recommend anyone to this facility.
Dr. Kaatz has been my family doctor for about 3 yrs. He took care of my mother very gently and compassionately until her death. He is still my doctor, as well as my husband's. He is energetic, knowledgeable, kind, and encouraging. Whenever we have called with a problem, he has managed to work us into his schedule. A doctor that cares for his patients.
