Well what does one say , After 3 times of being lie to ,, I'm just so glad I found HSN ,, you buy also you can really see what your buying without having to put your trust in a salesperson thats only interested in the sale ,, not you , in my case last 2 times was the manager ? come on they will lie so you don't return ,then as Jessie the manager said to me ,,well you can return it ,never offering to take care of the problem ,, the laptop did not do any of the thing I wanted but he said it did ... Get me once ,twice but after the third time NO DAMN WAY I wonder why there was such a turn over Now I know and when a manager puts down the sales people of the past that worked there ,, He was just trying to make a sale .. Would it not be easier to just show and give the customer what they want instead of lieing to them ,, Also when I ask to speak to an area manager he said well I'll have him call you ''''Really ''' I'm still waiting on the call not going to hold my breath tho.What it come down to is they prey on people who don't have a large income and think their income matches their IQ ,, Shame on them to think they can just take advantage of people ..
Have dealt with this store location on multiple occasions. They are very rude. This last time is the straw that broke the camels back. With only being late a couple days on a payment and having to wait till payday to pay it I called and asked them if I could schedule the payment for that friday. I was told absolutely not it must be paid in full or they would pick it up and hold it till the payment is paid up. They also told me if I payed half of the payment I could change the payment date which was not what I was calling to do. They will definitely be picking their stuff up for good I will do my business with shewels from now on. The lady that seems to like to leave extremely rude messages on your phone her name is Tracy by the way. So if you do decide to get something from them you definitely want to avoid her. She has no people person skills which is very important when you work with the public, but I highly suggest you just take your business some where else.
