I've got to admit that I was struck by surprise when Ashley had the nerve to tell me that I was wasting her time and making her life a living he'll by asking her to scan my lottery tickets to be sure I didn't miss a winner. If a Ashley isn't supposed to assist you at speedway then maybe she should work somewhere else. And as I smiled and thanked her for her help (she did not scan my tickets) I still told her to have a great evening. I'll be sure the district manager of this company knows how incredible she I'd with customers.
