We've bought our washer and our range here. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They service all appliances they sell and have an on site repair person. Lowes and Home Depot don't offer that and you'll wait a week or more for Sears to come out.
I will choose them over Lowes or home depot just for there repairs service! They sell new and used, and have a very in depth knowledge of the products.
