There are all of these billboards around that display the wait time at the ER. They always show the wait time as very low. The only time I visited this hospital was after I had fallen and knocked myself unconscious. I had skinned my knee, torn my pants and was having difficulty hearing.

We arrived when the outside sign indicated a WAIT TIME of 4 mins. It took that time to get to triage and around 10-15 mins to see a FANTASTIC ER doctor! We had no tests ran but an old one reviewed. It took about an hour and so to be discharged. Remember--wait time estimates time to see triage. I like this ER and trust today's Doctor fully. Staff was GREAT!

I live less than 1/2 mile from this hospital and I will drive to Radford if I need to be seen in the ER. In fact I have done so this year.

I was taken into the ER very quickly, perhaps within 5 minutes. Then I lay in the ER for over an hour with no one coming in to see me. Finally I got dressed and left the hospital.

Was Treated very shabbily in Triage, and essentially accused of being there seeking Drugs, when I went for what was believed to be a broken hand. Do not believe Doctor even took more than a cursory look at the x-rays, and the nurse who wrapped my hand before release needs to go back to school. I was however seen quickly, and the entire visit was over in just over and hour.

**For being admitted--Staff was great. Got a private room. The only downside was it was hard to get any information or see the floor doctor during holiday. Hospital is really cleaning up. Cable TV available. Meals were good and hot.

Other then the awesome physical therapists. This hospital is a joke. They give you false information and the waiting time is ridiculous.

My first time here in 10 years. Emergency room is very nice with cell charge station & touchscreen sign in. The entire place is very very clean , professional & the healthcare was top notch. Highly recommended.

The hospital ER is all that I can attest to, at this time. The area has been completely remodeled! It is very nice-looking and has a lovely waiting room with a cell phone charging station. You walk in and use a touch screen to give your info (can scan your driver's license) and issue. There is a small cafe with decent meals, open only at specific times. If closed--there is a snack and drink vending machine in waiting area.
