This is my second time here for rehab and I think the facility is the greatest in this area. The therapy team here has helped me more than I could have ever asked for. They encouraged me to continue working hard so I could go home. They gave me hope when I was told five years ago that I couldn't use my leg and leaving here I am able to. The physician here provided me excellent service and was always on the go. The nursing staff here you can't beat it. That is what helped me make my decision to come back again. They provided me the best service and they were always willing to help me when I needed it. I feel like I have gained weight being here because the food is so good. I loved the chicken and dumplings. The activities department always visited with me and socialized. I have recommended this rehab center to everyone that might need it. I would come back here if I ever required assistance again.
This is first time I have been to Pulaski Health and Rehab for therapy. This was my first choice for rehab because it is close to my house and my family. My stay here has been great! Everyone has been really excellent and has went the extra mile to make my stay more pleasant. The therapy team here works very well together and shows good team effort. With the assistance of the therapy team and my hard work I am now ready to go back home. The nursing staff here has done a great job. They take the time to talk with me and always had a good sense of humor when needed. I enjoyed the food it tasted homemade. Breakfast was great. I never ate it before coming here. I love the scrambled eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy. I feel like the facility provided good care and I would definitely come back here if I ever needed to.
I have been at Pulaski Health and Rehab for almost two years now. I am now able to move into my own apartment after the help I received from the facility, discharge planning and other programs. The nursing staff at the facility is wonderful and they are always ready to help if I needed it. The activities at the facility are great! I participated in cooking a meal with them and I also enjoyed the bingo at the facility. The meals here are very good. I loved the sausage biscuits and the macaroni and cheese. I also enjoyed the chili beans and cornbread. The maintenance personal were very good and assisted me with whatever I needed. I feel like the housekeeping department cleaned the rooms very well. I love the administrator here she is very sweet and a special person. She shows concern about people. I would recommend this facility to anyone. I would come back here if I ever needed assistance.
My grandmother had a stroke and was admitted to Pulaski Health and Rehab for therapy and skilled nursing needs. All of the staff were so welcoming and made her feel right at home. The food was great and my grandmother raved about it! The dining experience was wonderful, just like being at a restaurant. It was nice to be able to go to the dining room and have meals with her. The therapy staff was excellent and really worked her hard. She can be stubborn, but they knew just how to push her for her to accomplish her goals. The nursing staff were great. They were comforting and always available to her. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this facility to friends and family. Thanks to all of the staff at Pulaski Health and Rehab!
