We ate at Al's four times over the past week while staying in Pulaski. The food is EXCELLENT - everything we tried. The prices are reasonable and the portions are enormous. The wait staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The restaurant was fairly crowded and the food arrived fast and hot. Totally recommend the corn chowder, the salads and the burgers - wow! Say "yes" to the fried green tomato. The decor is outstanding.
Relaxing atmosphere, tons of character in the building, tasty food and down home hospitality from all the staff. How can you go wrong with that? I'll be back when passing through.
What a Great find! Hamburgers were a perfect medium rare. Wine was reasonable and good. Atmosphere was wonderful. Staff were awesome. We will be back.

Our group of five from Wytheville dined there Fri. Sept. 30. The food and the service were absolutely great. The manager and I assume a dining room supervisor checked on us for our approval. Our waitress was superior. This is truly a great place to eat. Pulaski is so fortunate to have this facility.
